18 years. One commitment — to always tell you the truth about your plan.
My name is Nazeer Bin Tajudin. I am a licensed Financial Adviser Representative (FAR) with Capspring Temasik Financial Group Sdn. Bhd., regulated under Bank Negara Malaysia.
I have been in the financial services industry since 2008 — over 18 years of working directly with Malaysians and international clients to protect what they've built, plan for what they want, and prepare for what they can't predict.
Before financial planning, I spent nearly a decade in the technology sector as a Systems Analyst — working in Malaysia, Malawi, and Bangladesh. That background shaped how I think: systematically, with attention to detail, and with a habit of explaining things clearly until the person in front of me actually understands.
That habit followed me into financial planning. And it became the thing my clients value most.

As a FAR, I am not tied to any single insurance company or takaful operator. This means my recommendations are based on your needs — not on which company pays the highest commission.
I started as an insurance agent with Prudential Assurance in 2008. Over 10 years, I built a client base of over 500 individuals and families. I learned the craft, learned the products, and learned what clients actually need versus what agents often sell them.
But I grew frustrated — with the limitations of a single-company model that prevented me from offering clients the right solution for their specific needs, and with the conflict of interest that comes with being tied to one company.
In 2018, I discovered the financial advisory model through Capspring Temasik Financial Group. As a FAR, I can recommend products across multiple insurers and takaful operators. I can tell you honestly what fits your situation — even if that means a product that pays me less.
I resigned from Prudential in 2020 after passing my Islamic Financial Planner examination and receiving my FAR approval from BNM. I have not looked back.
Now, I help almost 1,000 individuals, families and business owners navigate through all the terms & conditions jargon to find plans that suit their needs and expectations
I work with Malaysians across the country — Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak — covering all walks of life, all income levels, and all backgrounds.
I also serve a significant number of foreign expatriates living and working in Malaysia. My proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia allows me to work comfortably with clients from Uzbekistan, Finland, the UK, the Philippines, Sudan, the Maldives, Oman, Türkiye, Iran, the UAE, Kazakhstan, Bangladesh, India, and more.
I serve both Muslim and non-Muslim clients, offering both Life and General solutions, depending on what is appropriate for each individual.
Hibah Takaful & Life Insurance
Family protection, income replacement, and legacy planning — structured so that what you build reaches the people you intend.
Medical & Health Plans
Coverage that travels with you regardless of which hospital or specialist you choose, with clear understanding of what is and isn't covered.
SME Commercial Fire Insurance
One of the most underinsured risks among Malaysian business owners. I work with SME owners to ensure their premises, stock, and equipment are properly covered — not just adequately covered on paper.
Employee Benefits
Group medical, group term, and hospitalisation plans that help businesses retain good people and demonstrate real care for their workforce.
My long-term clients will tell you the same thing: I pick up when called, I reply back when messaged, And I call back when there is a missed call.
I don't chase clients. I don't pressure people into decisions. I don't send broadcast messages every week trying to sell something. What I do is stay available — quietly, consistently — so that when something happens or a question comes up, you know exactly who to call.
More importantly: I explain everything. Every term. Every condition. Every exclusion. Every scenario where a claim might not be paid. I would rather you walk away understanding your certificate completely than sign something you'll be confused about when it matters most.
This is not how every agent or adviser operates. I believe it should be.
Q: What's the difference between a FAR and a regular insurance agent?
A regular agent represents one company and can only sell that company's products. As a FAR licensed by Bank Negara Malaysia, I represent you — the client. I can recommend products from multiple insurers and takaful operators and am legally required to act in your best interest.
Q: Can non-Muslims take up Takaful plans?
Yes. Takaful is open to everyone. Many of my non-Muslim clients choose Takaful products because of the mutual protection structure, the Hibah (gift) nomination feature, and the overall product benefits. I will always present both options and explain the differences so you can decide.
Q: I already have coverage from my employer — do I still need my own plan?
Group coverage from employers is a benefit, not a financial plan. It ends the day you leave the company, it covers only while you're employed, and the limits are usually insufficient for serious medical events. Your own plan is portable, permanent, and built around your life — not your job.
Q: What is Hibah Takaful and why does it matter?
Hibah means "gift" in Arabic. In a Takaful policy, Hibah allows you to nominate a beneficiary who will receive the proceeds of your plan upon your passing — outside of the estate, without going through faraid or probate. This means faster, cleaner distribution to the people you intend. It is one of the most important but least understood features in Takaful planning.
Q: I run a small business. Do I really need commercial fire insurance?
If you rent or own a premises, keep stock, have equipment, or employ people — yes. Most SME owners are either uninsured or underinsured, often discovering this only after a loss. Commercial fire insurance is one of the lowest-cost, highest-impact protections available to a business owner. I can walk you through what adequate coverage actually looks like for your operation.
I am based in Shah Alam, Selangor and serve clients accross Malaysia.
